A construction company owned by a fully qualified Architect, we offer an antidote to both a traditional architects practice and ‘design and build’ contractors. One company; beautiful architecture, effective cost management and quality construction.

patrick + rosie are a small team, we love what we do and we care. we are obsessed with delivering beautiful homes on time and on budget. our model is simple; two live construction projects at a time, that way we are in control, we don’t need to take over the world.

at patrick + rosie we have worked very hard to achieve our credentials. we have put in years of studying and gained the decades of industry experience necessary to become fully qualified architects and master builders. We believe that the difference between a chartered architect and an ‘architectural designer’, a craftsman and a jack of all trades builder are fundamental.

we are not interested in working on skyscrapers, hotels or offices, we love doing what we are best at… designing and crafting beautiful homes for nice people. with almost two decades of experience under our belt, we are obsessed with aesthetic, meticulous about costing and passionate about craftsmanship.
