patrick + rosie are a small team, we love what we do and we care. we are obsessed with delivering beautiful homes on time and on budget. our model is simple; two live construction projects at a time, that way we are in control, we don’t need to take over the world.

patrick + rosie are aware that our projects can have wide reaching environmental impacts. So, we decided that from 1st of January 2020 onwards, we would plant 100 trees in the UK for each completed construction project, paid for from our profits.
We have partnered with trees for life, a registered charity to plant native trees in the Scottish Highlands. So far we have planted 300 trees which will remove 304,814 kg of CO2 from our planet. Hooray!
