We’re delighted to have been granted permission by Lewisham Borough Council to proceed with the construction of a rear and side extension, dormer loft conversion and substantial internal renovations to improve a Victorian terraced house in the Lee Manor Conservation Area.

A number of similar developments on the same road, the quality of our prior projects and the striking innovative design convinced the council that we could improve the property without conflicting with its protected status.

The rear and side extension will create a vast, open plan kitchen and dining area with generous light and garden views, opening up the ground floor to create a more social family oriented home. We are working closely with our Interior Designer client to develop what will be a show-stopping home!
