We’re delighted to have been granted permission by Lambeth Borough Council to proceed with the construction of a large rear extension to improve a magnificent Victorian house.

We are very happy to declare that we are in receipt of approval for a large ground floor rear extension. This was a difficult one to get over the line, however, relentless negotiation and dogged persistence won out and we were eventually granted permission in a very difficult conservation area. Our innovative design overturned the initial recommendation for refusal and convinced the council that we could improve the property without conflicting with its protected status.

The rear and side extension will create a huge, open plan kitchen and dining area with an expanse of crittall glazing to introduce light and garden views.
